The Adult Softball Supervisor administers and oversees the operation of the adult softball program. 

Hourly Wage:  $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

The City of La Porte is currently looking for a Supervisor of Adult Softball to administer and oversee the operation of the adult softball program.  Duties include the following; other duties may be assigned.

Essential duties include the evening operations of the program, alignment of teams, development of league and tournament schedules.

Scheduling of NSA umpires, and displaying leadership to the umpire staff and the league participants.  

Maintaining safety and administering basic first aid.  Current CPR and First Aid certification welcomed.

Background check will be performed.  NSA Umpire Certification required.

Must be 21 years or older; experience in baseball and ability to supervise 10-15 employees.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
