- Fairfield Ave (Summer 2021)
Our maintenance crew recently finished up a looping main project. The crew laid 300 feet of piping on Fairfield Avenue in order to connect a dead end pipe on Kenwood Street to Hawthorne Street. Laying this pipe has helped improve water quality for the residents in this area as well as fire protection at Riley Elementary on Weller Avenue. This project also included the separation of common water taps which serviced multiple homes. This aspect of the job will help those customers with better water pressure.
