  1. 6th Annual ACOA Arts & Crafts Show

    If you’re looking for that one-of-a-kind item for your home or that perfect gift for Mother's Day, you won’t want to miss this event.  Artists and crafters from Indiana and Michigan will be showcasing their unique, hand-crafted wares.  If you’re looking for something for the yard or patio; check out the bird baths and feeders, stepping stones, sculpted stoneware, decorated wood signs and assorted live garden plants.  If you want to spruce up your home décor; you’ll find original paintings, baskets, wall hangings, glassware, clocks, coasters, wooden bowls and pressed flower artwork.  Shoppers will also find a large variety of hand sewn items such as adult bibs, totes, oven mitts, veggie bags, doll clothes and table runners.  Come early and enjoy a cup of coffee and dessert before you shop or stay afterward for lunch.  This event is a fundraiser for the Swanson Activity Center for Older Adults in LaPorte.
