Volunteer of the Month

Nominations for the Volunteer of the Month should be made by local organizations or persons who wish to recognize a dedicated volunteer in our community.

Nominations will only be accepted on the form created and can be scanned and emailed, faxed, or dropped off in person to the HR Department.

Submission Deadline:  Last day of each month.

Nominations will be compiled and emailed to all council members prior to the third Monday of each month. Each council member wjnill choose one volunteer who stood out and email that nominee's name to Jen Laux. The nominee with the most votes will receive the Volunteer of the Month award. If there is a tie, both volunteers will be recognized.

Awards will be distributed at the Council Meeting held on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

The award will consist of a certificate signed by the Mayor and recognition in front of the City Council.
